This page will help you disable your Antivirus Software in Windows.

Windows Security:

You can use Defender Control to disable Windows Security if you are on Windows 10:

Manual Method

  • Disable Real-Time Protection:

    • Open Windows Security.

    • Click on "Virus & Threat Protection."

    • Below "Virus & Threat Protection Settings," click on "Manage Settings."

    • Turn off "Real-Time Protection."

  • For Windows 11 22H2: Disable Core Isolation:

    • Go back to the main menu of Windows Security.

    • Click on "Device Security."

    • Click "Core Isolation Details."

    • Turn off "Memory Integrity."

  • Check for 3rd Party Antivirus Software:

    • Press the Windows key and type "Add or remove programs."

    • In the list of programs, uninstall any third-party antivirus software. You can refer to this list for common antivirus programs.

If you aren't on Windows 10 then do the following:

  • Disable Real-Time Protection in Windows Security

    • You can also add exclusions on the bottom of the page to keep your loaders from getting deleted occasionally.
